On the hunt...

We made a second attempt at the robin catching today.

I am sure you can guess how it turned out.

No, sillies, we didn't catch her.

But we did try pretty hard again today.

We chased a robin today. We didn't catch her, but we did try really, really hard. I was even out of breath for a while. So were the Beauties. Wish you could have seen their sweet little faces trying to catch that birdie.

Spring

I am ready for Spring. I am ready for Spring. I long to see the green grass and smell the freshly cut lawns. I yearn to see flowers blooming and little animals scurrying around. I want to take my beauties outside to run free and loose in the backyard. To let them play on the swing set. In the sandbox. I want to let them discover things in the grass. I don't want to play in the sloppy messy mud. I don't want to wipe noses of running snot. I don't want winter coats and hats and mittens and scarves. I don't want to see my breath when I breath out. I want to have a picnic lunch. I want to bask in the warm sunshine and plant some pretty flowers in pots. I want to use sidewalk chalk. I want to jump rope. I want to pull the beauties i their choo choo wagon. I want to blow bubbles. I am sick of being cooped up inside. I want it to be Spring. According to the calendar...the first day of Spring is tomorrow...hmmm we will see.
