2nd practice

Wow! Can I be any more excited! I am a Old Capital City Roller Girl. Can I get a Hell Yea? Tonight was my second practice...well kind of...still waiting for my skates. But I am learning so much and not even skating yet. So much fun. Such a diverse team of Gals. We mesh so well together. We are still learning the fundamentals, falling, stance, skating, endurance drills, jams, checks...and did I mention a great workout.
